Newsletter #7 | Fall Reflections | Special Events | What Brands Sell
Thankful, Grateful, Blessed
There's something about the Fall season that gives us that warm, wholesome and welcoming feeling. Is it the pumpkin spice in the air? The turkey slowly roasting in the oven? It's exactly all the feelings that we want our customers to feel about our brand.
As I reflect on the year thus far, I've noticed that many of my projects for brands are about strengthening social media presence. I am glad that my clients are finally seeing the meaningful impact it has on brand perception. When you create real, honest content that provides value or shows the human side of your business, you will attract customers and build loyalty.
I'm so honored to be part of this journey with many of you. Building customer trust isn't quick or easy, rather it's a consistent commitment for the long haul. I am thankful for your continued business, grateful for the friendships, and blessed for all the support of my network. Wishing you and yours a delicious Thanksgiving that’s warm, wholesome, welcoming and may I just add: completely FAT-FREE!
With gratitude,
Totran

TECHTALK
As the sponsor for the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce’s TechTalk series, it was our pleasure to speak about Digital Marketing Landscape, Trends and Innovation to a full house of chamber members on August 29th. Many attendees were excited to get an update on the Digital Marketing landscape and learn some tips to help improve the online presence of their business or organization.
At the end of the presentation, Ambassador High School, was randomly selected as the winner of our social media consultation and makeover raffle. Read more about it on the blog!

RADAR RECAP
It may be hard to believe, but the world’s most powerful brands are not really in the business of selling you their products or services. Rather, these brands are selling something more intangible.
Here’s what the top brands are really trying to sell you:
Apple is selling an amazing user experience
Coca-Cola is selling a sense of community
McDonalds is selling traditional family values
Disney is selling cherished memories
Louis Vuitton is selling a status symbol
Send us a note on what you think! We'd love to hear from you.
