If you are curious about how you could start working with us, below is the general process. We are available on a retained basis, whether you need 5 hours a month or 20 hours a week, we can work with you to customize a plan that will meet your marketing needs, budget and goals. Reach out to us about your situation and we can provide a quote and next steps. 

01. REACH OUT

It is important to us to understand your needs above all else and before we start any work for you. So contact us and provide your contact information and we will get back to you to schedule an in- person meeting. Let's get the ball rolling!

02. Let's MEET

At our first meeting, we are putting name to a face but MOSTLY learning more about your situation, the challenges, goals and priorities. We will take detailed notes of the services you need and start working on a proposal for your review.

03. THE PROPOSAL

This is an exciting stage for both parties! We are working hard on making sure we cater the services and pricing to fit your needs. We will make recommendations and we are open to your feedback. If there is any services you forgot to mention or have decided to remove (it happens!) we're more than happy to update the proposal accordingly. We only want to do the work that you want us to do (makes sense?).

04. THE MUTUAL AGREEMENT

We proposed and you said YES! We are ready to work with one another. We will have a kick-off call to discuss project priorities. We develop a work plan, deadlines and set your expectations. Then we get to work!

05. THE happily ever after

While we promise to deliver the results that you expect, we will actually work hard to exceed those expectations.  That's why our past clients are happy and that's what we want for you too. Most of all, we hope this is only the start of a beautiful relationship.
